TO MAKE A BOOKING
To make a booking with Chaufeur Chauffeur is easy, you can contact us by phone or e-mail, our administrators will contact you within 24 hours with a fully inclusive quotation based on your requirements. Thereafter confirmation will be forwarded to you by post and e-mail. On receipt of the quotation and your acceptance a deposit will secure your booking. The balance is due in full, 24 hours before the date of the hire.

Cancellation Policy
Should you require to cancel your booking, you should advise us by telephone and confirm the same in writing via e-mail and/or post. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the hire will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total cost of the hire. Cancellation within 10 days of the hire will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the hire fee. Cancellation at any other time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid.
ALTERATION TO BOOKING
Any changes to the pre-booked itinerary will only be charged if the timing or distance involved changes. We endeavour at all times to cover the individual clients needs and therefore have no problem in changes that may occur.
WAITING CHARGES
Waiting charges are included in your confirmation, any changes to these are charged at the hourly rates and will be advised at the time.
MILEAGE CHARGES
Your booking includes an agreed mileage allowance, any miles exceeded will be charged at the mileage tariff noted on your confirmation invoice. At the start of the hire period the trip recorder on the vehicle will be set to zero and at the end a reading will be taken and recorded onto your hire agreement.
SMOKING
In accordance with the Law, Chauffeur Chauffeur operates a no smoking policy.
DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR
Chauffeur Chauffeur operates a zero tolerance in this area and reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone that it deems to be a nuisance or danger to its employees or passengers. In extreme cases the company may request police assistance to eject any offenders. No refund or compensation will be made to anyone requested to leave the vehicle under such circumstances
LUGGAGE
Chauffeur Chauffeur will undertake to carry a reasonable amount of luggage. If however, in the judgement of the Driver the weight and/or volume is excessive, the company reserves the right to refuse the carriage of the luggage. If Golf Clubs/Skis or any large packages are to carried please advise at the time of booking. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their representative(s) will be charged in full to the client.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Chauffeur Chauffeur accepts no liability for late arrival at your destination due to circumsatnces beyond its control or that of its employees,
Chauffeur Chauffeur does not operate as a taxi service in any form. We only operate as a Contract Chauffeur Service as legislated in the 1976 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT.
